Description

Chelsea Girl is a fine example of a Nordic Tug 42, ready for your next adventure. This well cared for trawler is ready to cruise the Great Loop, the Down East Loop or the islands. Built to take the roughest passage with confidence, Nordic Tugs are capable boats built to an exacting standard.

The bridge is reminiscent of much larger yachts, featuring a large chart table, expansive cockpit and convenient access directly to the deck. Powered by Cummins QSC 8.3 540 HO, the Nordic 42's top speed is 14 knots and cruises at an efficient 1.5 miles per gallon at 9 knots. The hard chine semi-displacement hull gives this tug a stable and quiet ride. The full keel protecting the rudder and propeller offers the owners confidence while cruising. She features teak and holly soles throughout, a spacious walk-around queen stateroom with private head, guest stateroom with head, U-shape galley, and large salon.

Inspecting Any Yacht For Sale

When you find a yacht for sale of interest, the standard inspection sequence is: schedule an in-person viewing at the home marina, request additional photos or video of specific systems, schedule a sea trial under load (typically 4-6 hours running plus engine inspection), and commission a pre-purchase marine survey by a credentialed surveyor. Aspire coordinates each step. The full inspection cycle for a yacht for sale typically runs 2-4 weeks before final closing.
