How Buying or Selling a Yacht Works
Four stages, the same every time, so you always know what happens next.

Consultation
Tell us how you actually intend to use the boat. Day trips, the Bahamas, fishing, living aboard. That conversation rules out more yachts than any filter, and it is where ten years of running them for a living earns its keep.

Strategy & preparation
For sellers: honest pricing against comparable closed sales, professional photography, and syndication across YachtBroker.org, Yachtr.com, YachtWorld and Boat Trader, co-brokered with other brokerage houses. For buyers: a shortlist built around your budget and a survey plan before you commit.

Marketing & showings
Maximum exposure, then filtering. We field the inquiries, qualify who is serious, and arrange showings and sea trials so your time goes to real buyers rather than people kicking tires.

Closing & aftercare
Survey, sea trial, escrow, title and documentation. Managed rather than handed to you. And we stay reachable afterwards: most of our reviews mention what happened after the sale closed.
