A boat is worth watching in her first weeks for two opposite reasons. If she is priced correctly she will sell in them. The buyers already looking have been waiting for exactly her, and the good ones go before they ever reach a “reduced” list. If she is priced ambitiously, the first thirty days are when a seller still believes the number, and the reduction comes later.
Either way, seeing her early is the advantage. We will tell you which of the two she is before you fly down to look at her: we can pull what comparable boats actually closed at, not what they were asking, and we will say plainly when a boat is priced past the market.
