This Bill Dixon designed Johnson 56 High Tech Euro Motor Yacht is a perfect blend of comfort and performance. She will cruise at 23 knots and handles the seas very well with 1475 HP diesels and Displacement Hull She rides comfortablly, safe and dry.
Her efficient floor plan features luxurious elegance with lots of elbow room, height and storage. Once on board, enjoy the spacious cockpit with a beautiful Sea-Tec floor that was installed to give warmth and easy cleaning to the area. The bridge is equipped with all of the technology needed for long cruises or short getaways as well as a large, wraparound sitting area, a refrigerator & sink for entertaining and an expansive sun pad for those to enjoy. Enter the yacht to a spacious salon with a wraparound sofa to enjoy indoor social gatherings or a relaxing time watching TV. Hardwood floors throughout give the ambiance of a cozy, nautical vibe. Step up to the interior helm as well as a large dinette that has beautiful water views. The galley is spacious and has all of the amenities of home, including a dishwasher and a trash compactor as bonuses! Walk down a spiral staircase at the stern to a private en-suite cabin with large windows giving the feel of being “right on the water”. The second spacious en-suite cabin is at the bow. Both of these cabins have a makeup table and stool matching the bedding as an additional amenity. A third private cabin with twin beds and it’s own head for family, guests or storage is mid-cabin off of the galley. This is a well maintained yacht from bow to stern. The owner is meticulous! The Johnson High-Tech 56' Euro Motor Yacht has amazing, well thought out interior that perfectly serves the CRUISER and the LIVEABOARD with an efficient layout that sleeps 6 in 3 private cabins with additional room in the Saloon and in good weather on the Flybridge. The Master Stateroom is aft and entered down a magnificent spiral staircase. The Guest Berth is forward and mirrors the Master in size and features. "Mar Sea" has the storage space to support guests and crew, family and friends. The Saloon is large and comfortable with a long "U" shaped sofa. There is plenty of room for additional seating. The raised dining area nicely accommodates you and your guests. The spacious, lower, "U" shaped Galley makes entertaining easy and efficient!!!
INTERIOR EQUIPMENT
A 96000 BTU CRUISAIR-DOMETIC HVAC/AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM remote expansion system with 2 AC seawater pumps supplying water to 4 compressors which then supply refrigerant gas to Air Handlers. The system can be run through shorepower receptacles or generator which makes it very "cool" to anchor out on a hot summer night!
