Aviara Yachts for Sale

Aviara is young and has already changed hands. MasterCraft Boat Holdings, best known for tow boats, created it to go after the luxury day boat market and put it on the water in February 2019, building first at Vonore, Tennessee and then from January 2021 in a former Sea Ray plant at Merritt Island, Florida. MarineMax has been the exclusive United States distributor since the launch. In August 2024 MasterCraft agreed an asset exchange with MarineMax under which the brand went to Cruisers Yachts, a MarineMax company; MasterCraft closed the Merritt Island plant, wound the operation down and sold the building that December. All the tooling moved to Cruisers Yachts at Oconto, Wisconsin, where Aviara is built today.

Every Aviara on the brokerage market was built in Tennessee or Florida under MasterCraft, so the factory that made your boat is not the factory that makes them now. That matters less here than it usually would, because the support did not evaporate: MarineMax took on warranty liability, customer care and administration with the brand, and MarineMax stores have sold and serviced these boats since day one. The range runs roughly 28 to 40 feet, fiberglass, outboard powered, and bought for the deck plan, the bow seating and the finish rather than for fishing or for distance. Survey and negotiate the way you would on any late model outboard boat: engine hours and service records, electronics, upholstery and gelcoat, and get the selling dealer to confirm in writing what transferable warranty is left and who now honors it.
