Description
CARLA SEA is an exceptional True North 38 express cruiser that combines classic Downeast elegance with thoughtful functionality. Her plumb bow, graceful sheer line, and reverse transom create a striking profile, while her Flagstaff Blue hull adds a touch of timeless sophistication. One of her most distinctive features is the twin transom doors, seamlessly integrated into the reverse transom. These open wide enough to haul a dinghy directly into the spacious cockpit, which is ideal for entertaining. She is powered by a 438hp turbo YANMAR 6LY2A-STP with 810 hours, has a Kubota genset, and is equipped with a complete 2018 Simrad Electronics suite with radar, GPS, a fishfinder, and an auto pilot.
CARLA SEA’s Galley, located aft in the semi-enclosed pilothouse for easy cockpit access, features a solid-surface countertop, double stainless-steel sink, three-burner propane cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and icemaker. The innovative deck layout includes a convertible dinette with a sliding seat arrangement that expands seating from four to six and converts to a double berth. The True North 38 offers a warm, richly finished interior with varnished cherry and teak woodwork. The Main Cabin sleeps four comfortably. Forward is the Master Stateroom with a V-berth and filler cushion to create a large double bed, along with a storage shelf in the forepeak. She has an enclosed head with a Vacuflush toilet, shower, vanity, sink, and ample storage.
