• Flooring & Ventilation: No-maintenance synthetic floorboards with opening ports and opening deck hatches.

• Refrigeration & Freezer: 12v Seafrost refrigeration (front-loading) and freezing unit (top-loading).
• Cooking Amenities: Propane stove/oven, Origo microwave oven, and a rail-mounted Magma grill.
• Sink & Plumbing: Double stainless steel sink with hot & cold pressurized water.
• Water Heating: 110v / heat exchanger water heater system.

Sails & Rigging

• Mainsail & Mast: In-mast furling Dacron main (patched by Quantum 8/2026) with deck-stepped, double-spreader aluminum mast (51’ mast height).
• Headsail: 140% Dacron genoa on a Profurl roller furling system.
• Downwind Sail: Asymmetrical cruising spinnaker.
• Standing Rigging: Complete standing rigging replacement (3/2017).
• Winches: Two (2) Lewmar 44 self-tailing primary winches and one (1) Lewmar 30 self-tailing halyard winch.
• Hardware & Gear: Rigid boom vang, rope clutches, mainsheet traveler, backstay, Windex, and ATM mast climbing gear.

Deck & Hull

• Hull & Keel Profile: White fiberglass hull and deck with 4’11” shoal draft.
• Bottom Condition: Bottom painted in 1/2023 with no reported blisters; keel stripped and coated with Sea Hawk Tuff Stuff Barrier Coat.
• Canvas Protection: Bimini and dodger canvas (replaced in 2020). Covers for dodger, companionway, helm/wheel, winches, lifeline pads, grill, and hatches.
• Cockpit Comfort: Teak cockpit table, cockpit cushions, stern rail seats, and built-in cup holders.
• Ground Tackle & Anchoring: Plow anchor with chain and rode, powered by an electric Lewmar windlass with foot switches.
• Transom Features: Swim platform with ladder, cockpit shower, and stainless steel outboard crane.

Mechanical Equipment

• Engine: Yanmar 3GM30FC marine diesel (Serial #E33884), reporting 735 hours (hour meter currently inoperable).
• Maintenance History: Engine oil & filter changed (8/2025), transmission fluid changed (8/2025), and raw water impeller replaced (5/2025).
• Propulsion & Steering: 3-blade fixed propeller, pivoting steering wheel, and dripless stuffing box/gland.
• Pumps & Filtration: Racor FG30 fuel filter, 12v electric bilge pump, and manual bilge pump.
• Sanitation: Electric Raritan head with Y-valve selector (direct overboard or holding tank).
• Water Heater: 6-gallon water heater capacity.
