MAJOR MECHANICAL & STRUCTURAL INVESTMENT

August 2023 – Generator Major Refit (20,143 hrs)

Complete internal overhaul including:

• Pistons
• Main and connecting rod bearings
• Complete gasket set
• Intake and exhaust valves
• Complete cylinder head overhaul
• Injector refurbishment
• Oil and fuel filtration components
• New impellers

The generator was returned to service at approximately 20,147 hours and has accumulated approximately 4,800 hours since the overhaul. While the total hour meter indicates approximately 25,000 hours, the major internal components have approximately 4,800 hours SMOH.
